// Your Day to Day Role

1. Unload all incoming material/graphics from trucks/trailers.
2. Verify that we have received everything that was ordered.
3. Send out emails to Team Leaders and Account Executive/Project Coordinator if applicable to notify them that their items have been received.
4. Entering received goods into MIS immediately, so that our inventory is always up to date.
5. All incoming product must be physically inspected and accounted for, date all materials and put them away.
6. Client service is our top priority.  You must be friendly and prepared to answer any question a client has about their order.
7. Cross-training for other seats on the Shipping & Receiving Team to ensure coverage at all times.
8. Execute all assigned cleaning duties per the Shipping & Receiving Cleaning Standards.

//Required:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in shipping and receiving.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to change gears quickly as production needs change
• Ability to work well alone and with a team
• Eager, willing, and open-minded to learning and expanding your knowledge of the graphics industry
• Obsessive about quality
• Communicate, communicate, communicate!
