We are looking for an Project Manager who can ensure the highest level of customer service to our customers while focusing on growing their book of business.

// Minimum Requirements

  • Knowledge of ability to upsell while on the phone
  • Knowledge of ability to ask for referrals from clients
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and building long-term client relationships
  • Self-starter with a proven track-record of sales success
  • Prepare KPS-oriented spreadsheets, large project meetings, status meetings, decks, installation instructions, distribution lists, client updates, etc.
  • Help schedule and route KPS installations with installation team and coordinate with the AM as necessary. Travel may be necessary
  • Call out Click list stores, coordinate dispatch instructions, and manage timelines for all KPS projects. Process surveys, installs, supporting docs and photos to verify job completion
  • Cover for other PMs when Lead deems it both necessary and appropriate
  • Prepare communication as needed – including spreadsheets, status meetings, decks, installation instructions, distribution lists, client updates, etc.
  • Schedule installations and coordinate with the AM/client as necessary
  • Assist the AM with writing orders when necessary while accurately maintaining due dates and statuses. Process orders to verify completion
  • Planned AM absence coverage: AM and PM conduct proactive briefing to address and assign all reasonably anticipated work tasks and responsibilities. Departing party responsible to initiate absence briefing
  • Unplanned AM absence coverage: assigned PM to cover. Sales and PM Leads to assign help for PM when AM absence continues for long durations or during times of high workload volume
  • Proactively work towards maximizing workload when not already at capacity to help maintain team’s mutual dedication to overall project success
