AZPRO is in search of a Print & Production Team Lead to join our company and lead our P2 Team. This position requires a passion for building and caring for Team Members and balancing their needs with the needs of the company. // Duties & Responsibilities
- Consistently own efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and Team Member satisfaction within the P2 Department
- Plan and conduct thorough training programs for all P2 Team Members, ensuring knowledge retention and tracking
- Manage the P2 budget, maintenance, and color management programs
- Manage daily and quarterly inventory counts to ensure usage and stocking accuracy
- Manage direct reports for performance and provide relevant and timely feedback
- Coordinate activity with Design, Install, and Shipping/Receiving departments to provide on time & Quality products to internal/external Clients
- Conduct weekly huddles and department supervisor meetings
- Able to adjust schedule as necessary to observe, coach, and mentor Team Members across 3 production shifts
- Attend and participate in weekly Operations Meeting and monthly Key Stakeholder Meeting
- Continuously evaluate areas of responsibility for optimization, modernization, and continuous improvement

// Minimum Requirements
- Experience developing and implementing training programs and continuous improvement methods
- Experience leading direct reports in a manufacturing and/or service environment
- Experience with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodology
- MS Office suite experience with proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel
- Ability to read and manage a budget and financial plans
- Ability to coach and mentor Team Members for advancing levels of accountability and/or performance improvement
- Ability to employ creative and practical solutions to increase Team Productivity and maximize efficiency
